We have an amazing job opportunity for you to join our fabulous team as our Supported Living Worker at our residential care home in the centre of Southampton. Our fantastic CQC registered service, Natalie House, provides 24-hour support to our brilliant customerswith mental health diagnoses.
We provide person centred support to customers for one year. This enables them to learn and develop life skills and manage their individual person-centred recovery within the accommodation support setting they live in.
Our aim is for residents to move onto more independent living with ongoing four-week tailored support from the team. Natalie House adopts a whole-person approach in new models of care and is leading the way for future recovery services.
As our Supported Living Worker, you’ll support our customers to live their day to day lives as independently as possible. The team will tell you that no two days are ever the same because everything we do is “person centred” around our customers.
You might help them with personal care (like bathing and issuing medication) in the morning and then support them to attend college in the afternoon. We even help customers to go on holiday
