We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Front of House Team Member. We are proud to offer opportunities for career progression while maintaining a strong focus on work-life balance. Therefore, shifts will include splits and weekend work.

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the face of our business, responsible for engaging with our customers, and ensuring an excellent level of service. Your duties will include welcoming and greeting guests, preparing and serving drinks, taking orders, serving menu items promptly, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Adhering to health and safety standards and following a daily cleaning plan are also essential parts of the role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers, take orders, and provide exceptional service
- Prepare and serve drinks
- Serve menu items in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and working stations
- Adhere to health and safety standards
- Carry out the daily cleaning plan

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a food business is essential
- Flexibility to work weekends and split shifts
- Demonstrate a kind and friendly nature
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Willingness to learn and attend training sessions
