JOB TITLE: Temporary Admissions Co-ordinator

LOCATION: Bushey

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm

**The day to day duties in your job would be**:

- Playing a key role is the admissions team and support the intake and admission of pupils
- You will prepare letters for parents, prepare mailings and organise events and open days
- Organising diaries, meetings, taking minutes and producing all admissions communications
- Someone who has worked within an educational setting would be a huge advantage although this isn't a deal breaker.
- Excellent communication that you will use daily in verbal and written communication both inside and outside the school. This means you will need to have a high standard when it comes to your grammar and punctuation
- Strong attention to detail as information you compose will go out to members of the public
- You will have excellent MS Office skills and use Word and Excel daily
