Infrastructure Lead

Cardiff - Hybrid working

**Salary**: Up to £53,000 per annum + on call allowance (£350 a week 1 week in 4) + benefits

**Are you an Infrastructure Engineer looking for the next step up?**

You may be interested in an Infrastructure Lead role, responsible for leading a small team, ensuring the infrastructure and security best practices are ingrained into the team.

Here's why you might be interested:

- Opportunity to lead a small team of 3 engineers, set objectives and run monthly appraisals.
- Still be technically hands on (role is 80% hands on, 20% management)
- Take ownership of technical infrastructure projects

Great if you had:

- Strong Infrastructure experience
- Proven logical trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent IT and literacy skills
- Microsoft/Office 365 administration and migration
- Proven experience of installation and support of Windows Server (Physical and Virtual) on premise, hybrid and cloud multi-server environments
- Experience in audit related tasks
