As a **Front of House Team Member, **you will be the face of the Patisserie Valerie brand providing a polite and efficient service at all times.

**The Role**
- Make every visit a special occasion for all customers
- Have knowledge of all menu products provided to all customers - including taste and quality of products
- To provide a clean and efficient service to all customers and to listen and communicate effectively with them
- Always aiming for high consistent standards
- Seek knowledge and understands the current promotions and sales targets
- Be passionate about the Patisserie Valerie brand
