Teaching Assistant
**Looking for an TA role?**

**Roles and Responsibilities:
- **Supervising small group activities.**:

- **Helping students who may need extra help** in the classroom and **extra support to complete tasks.**:

- **Working 1:1 with SEN students or in small groups.**:

- Aiding with **the management of class behaviour.**:

- **Carrying out administrative tasks.**:

- **Experience**working with SEN Students **(Desirable but not essential)**

**Some desirable attributes for the role are as follows**:

- Good **organisational skills.**:

- A**passion** for working with children.
- **Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant recent experience**.
- **Flexibility and adaptability.**:

- **Caring nature.**:

- **Positive and energetic attitude.**:

- **Experience working within an SEN school.**:

- **Ability to work under pressure and deal with any incidents.**

An up-to-date **child only workforce DBS** on the **update service is a key requirement for all applicants (we can assist with this).**
