**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
- Provide recommendations on menu items, including specials and drinks.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Participate in catering events as required, assisting with setup and service.
- Uphold health and safety standards throughout the restaurant.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Experience in bartending or catering is considered a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
