We are looking for a **Wellbeing Coordinator** to help create opportunities for people experiencing multiple disadvantages, and support Back on Track members through setbacks and challenges.

**Salary**: £28,275 per year **Contract**: Fixed Term to 28 February 2026 **Hours of work**: Full time (35 hours a week)

About Back on Track

Back on Track has been part of the local community for nearly 50 years. Our learning centre is a place where people can belong, feel a sense of purpose, and get skills and guidance to make choices about the kind of future they want. This could be managing problematic drug and/or alcohol use, living a crime-free life, improving mental health and wellbeing, or finding and maintaining a stable home.

Inclusive Employment Support Programme Back on Track have been commissioned by GMCA to build on existing learning to strengthen inclusive employment of people experiencing multiple disadvantage in Greater Manchester, providing enhanced support so individuals have the skills and confidence to join and thrive in the workforce. As a result of this work, we aim to effect change in how workplaces are set up and accessed to be more suitable for people who’ve experienced disadvantage.

Pay: £28,275.00 per year
