How will your day look?

Our Maintenance team are looking to further grown their Team within Tonbridge and the South Coast.

Working as part of a really great team you will be reporting and working with a Supervisor. This is a varied role so we are looking for skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Operatives who can work both in a Team and also independently, you will be working to exceptionally high levels across all generalist multi skilled projects. Reporting individual job actions from site to ensure our clients receive high levels of service and high customer and client satisfaction levels.

Great varied role working across social housing environments and properties including houses, flats and homes for the vulnerable, you will provide rapid response and planned maintenance services for our local authorities and registered providers.

What are we looking for in you
- If you have worked within social housing, commercial, residential, housing based contracts we would be delighted to hear from you
- Extensive generalist experience in Maintenance, repairs and facilities working to a high standard.
- Established skills in Repairs, Carpentry, Plumbing, Plastering and Decorating.
- Qualified/demonstrational experience in 3 or more trades from the following selection:

- Bricklaying, Carpentry & Joinery, Plastering, Roofing, Plumbing, Damp Proof Coursing, Tiling or Glazing
- Great communication and a high level of service delivering and loyalty are key to this particular contract.
