**Position Overview**: We are currently seeking dedicated Production and Packing Operatives to join our client's dynamic team based in Birkenhead. As a Production and Packing Operative, you will play a pivotal role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient production and packaging of electrical insulating materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor production processes to maintain product quality and efficiency standards.
- Perform packing and labeling of finished products to prepare for distribution.
- Conduct quality inspections to identify and address any product defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding health, safety, and environmental regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
- Basic understanding of health and safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Flexibility to work shifts as required.

**Salary, Shifts and Benefits**:

- Competitive pay rate of £12.00 per hour.
- Working hours are 7-5 Monday to Thursday and 7-11 Fridays.
