We are a propertly developing company looking to expand our team. We are looking for a construction worker/site supervisor.

Must have previous experience working on and managing construction sites.

Skills required include but not limited to:

- Building residential constructions
- Must have experience with structural steel work
- Previous experience in electrical wiring would be advantageous
- Must have experience in managing construction sites / planning sites for developments
- Must have all rounder builder experience and knowledge (bricklaying, painting/decorating)
- Must have experience and a license to operate plant and machinery (eg. diggers)
- Supervising contractors/ other team members as part of a project, alongside their own direct building tasks
- Coordinating teams with different specialisms to either build, maintain or repair buildings
- Building site preparation skills
- Knowledge of building techniques and methods
- Knowldge of materials
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Ability to check that work performed is of the required standard
- Comfortable using power tools
- Measurement and estimation skills
- Strong, fit and healthy

Punjabi speaking would be advantageous due to the clientele

**Salary**: From £27,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- HOUNSLOW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
