SAP Support Analyst

**Are you a Junior SAP Consultant looking for a new challenge with a large, established Organisation?**

We are looking for a junior SAP Administrator to support our in-house SAP Ariba platform. As part of a small high performing team, you should be confident in your ability to adapt to changing demands and assess new priorities as well as have experience ina similar system admin / support role
This role will involve project delivery / support phases, transition to BAU and ongoing support / administration of our SAP Ariba system.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to grow into a SAP admin position and help define what world class in-house service looks like. While previous experience with SAP Ariba is not necessary, this role does need someone with experienceof supporting other systems, has a great attitude towards customer service and a desire to learn at pace.**
**What you will be doing**:

- Supporting SAP delivery projects as and when required
- Transitioning SAP from hyper care to BAU support.
- Manage through Outages/P1s/critical incidents, maintaining clear comms with relevant parties
- Review & maintain user access levels, resolve access issues
- Identifying and implementing training to reduce fault volumes
- Prepare user guides and training materials in collaboration with wider team
- Manage routine SAP system checks and controls to ensure compliance
- Review and update system documents to ensure current, accurate, relevant and can be used as reference documents for contact centre colleagues to enable ongoing support
- Participate in SAP change projects, including preparation and execution test scripts and creation of test user IDs and controls.
- Follow change control procedures to ensure all changes are logged, assessed for business impact, and tracked to satisfactory completion. Ensure change controls & doc reviews are carried out within agreed targets.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Great customer service background
- Experience supporting Oracle, SAP or SAP Ariba a distinct advantage
- A thorough knowledge of MS tools; Office365, SharePoint, MS Teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
- A can-do attitude; willing to be flexible to get the job done
- A team player
- Can maintain effectiveness during rapidly changing assignments or priorities
- Knowledge of ITIL service management processes and practices an advantage
- Knowledge of Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management Processes an advantage

**It would be great if you had**:

- Experience within service level agreements, operational delivery and in-house support
- An inquisitive mind with experience of resolving complex technical issues and writing post-mortem reports following issues and outages
- Demonstrable experience of working as a Service Analyst in small to medium service management environments
