**Assistant Manager / Fashion / Up to £29,000 + Benefits**
Our client has built a fantastic reputation for making beautiful women's clothing that tell a story. They are looking for an Assistant Manager for this fast-growing, ladies fashion brand and you'll be based in their Merryhill store.
As our Assistant Manager you will have a background in fast paced, high street fashion retail.The Assistant Manager will need to have strong people management skills, be commercially minded, have an interest in fashion and previous management experience. Youmust be highly organised, self
- motivated and posses excellent communication skills. You will enjoy a challenge, promote a positive store environment, and be passionate about the customer.
**Responsibilities**:
- Have lots of autonomy to deliver store KPIs including store turnover
- Lead a team committed to exceptional, energetic and customer focused staff.
- Build productive relationships with neighbouring stores
- Support and develop your team
- Take responsibility for the health, safety and wellbeing of your team and customers
- Achieving personal and store targets
- Visual merchandising
In return offering a salary up to £29,000 + benefits.
