The DC team at Redington has grown considerably in recent years and you will have an opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients including master trusts, own-rules trusts, collective DC schemes, plan sponsors and Independent Governance Committees. If you want to, you can also get involved in shaping team strategy, help work on our range of DC tools and work with our communications partner, Quietroom.

The consulting role at Redington is both client-facing and technical: as consultants, we have overall responsibility for our client relationships and the investment advice that we deliver, backed up by specialists across our asset-liability management, manager research, reporting and technology teams.

You’ll work alongside a diverse consulting team with experience across investment consulting, actuarial, capital markets, asset management and in-house pension teams. #li-hybrid

**Requirements**:
**YOU ARE LIKELY TO BE**
- An investment professional with between 3-5 years of experience working primarily with DC pensions clients
- Experience supporting client teams and able to balance day-to-day details, prioritizing deliverables and good technical knowledge
- Keen to develop industry and practical knowledge
- A self-starter, effective at building relationships of trust with your clients and internal teams

**YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE**
- Working towards or qualified CFA or FIA, although not a prerequisite
- A solid understanding of responsible investment principles
