Head of Clinical Effectiveness

CPFT are looking to appoint a highly motivated Head of Clinical Effectiveness to lead the Trust's clinical effectiveness, clinical audit and quality outcomes programmes across the organisation. It is an exciting time at CPFT as we arein the process of strengthening and developing the Quality Governance team and associated work programmes.
If you are passionate about clinical effectiveness, clinical audit and quality outcomes and are keen to improve the safety and quality of services for patients and have an understanding of all aspects of clinical audit and clinical effectiveness programmes then you may be the person we are looking for.
You will be a committed and confident individual with excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for the leadership and day-to-day management of the Clinical Effectiveness team providing guidance, support and expert advice on a broad range of quality governance, clinical effectiveness, and clinical audit activities throughout the Trust. You will also ensure that an appropriate mortality review and Learning from Deaths process is in place across the Trust. You will work closely with clinical directorate colleagues providing them with senior level support in developing and implementing their clinical effectiveness and audit activities.
