People Admin Supervisor

About the role
You will support the Branch by ensuring that all admin tasks relating to colleagues are correctly completed in an appropriate and timely manner. You will work closely with the Regional People Partner to ensure that this is done in line with our Data Privacy Policy.

You will be responsible for
- Correctly keying time and attendance for all colleagues, ensuring that this is ready for sign off no later than 1600 on a Sunday.
- Supporting Managers with Payroll queries.
- Managing SAP.
- Generating paperwork for the Management team to complete Return to Work interviews at the start of a return shift.
- Uploading job adverts onto Tribepad once a vacancy has been signed off by the appropriate team.
- Creating interview packs for Managers, with filing of documentation in accordance with the retention guidelines.
- Validation that all new starters have the correct right to work documentation on file, appropriately ratified by the hiring manager in advance of employment.
- Ensuring timely completion of all leaver paperwork and documentation.
- Working in line with GDPR guidelines, filing or securely disposing of documentation in line with our Retention guidelines.
- Ensuring that colleague files are kept securely at all times, and that leaver files are sent to the Support Centre in a timely manner.
- Supporting the Management team with investigations and disciplinaries by scanning notes to the People Advisors in a timely manner and filing them securely.
- Supporting new colleagues during their induction by helping them to log into the systems etc.
- Leading by example, role modelling the Code of Business Conduct and Win Together Behaviours.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships internally, and externally.
- Compliance with company policies and procedures and mandatory training
- Supporting a Health, Safe and Legal culture.
