SQR Group are currently recruiting dedicated and vigilant Concierge Security Officer to work in a high end residential location.

SQR are a well-established company with over 500 employees nationwide and growing rapidly.

SQR Group focus on an exceptional and high quality customer service, reliability and brand awareness.

The position is full time, based on 12 hour Night shifts. Some shifts will be on weekends.

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify any potential security risks or breaches.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations in a detailed logbook.
- Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to monitor activities and gather evidence when required.
- Provide 5* Front of House/Customer Service

**Skills**
- Ideally worked in similar locations
- Experience operating CCTV systems effectively.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact positively with staff and visitors.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- A strong sense of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Good IT Skills
- Door Supervisor Licence

Pay: From £13.80 per hour
