**About you and the role**

As a result of our rapidly growing visual arts services, we have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us in the newly created position of Head of Content.

In the new position, you will work closely with our creative team and Art Director, and be responsible for creating and managing projects across various sectors. These projects are focused on creating visual content such as animations and motion graphics for our clients’ live shows and events.

You will be integral to the entire process from initial concept development, presentations, budgeting, creation, managing internal and external resources, and final asset delivery.

The position is hybrid working with the option to work from home or our studio in Basingstoke. Visits to our office for team meetings or in the build-up to finalising projects will be required.

**Professional qualities and qualifications**:

- Experience in content creation
- Experience with live shows, media servers and programming is preferable
- Enjoys working under pressure and has a creative problem-solving approach to challenges
- Excellent communication, organisation and patience
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite (Premier Pro, After Effects), Cinema 4D or alternative software
- Able to prioritise workloads as required
