We are working with a successful business whose client base comprises of **5* hoteliers** and**leading chefs.** They are looking for a new team member to join them in their showroom to help manage their growing customer base. To be successful in the role, you will be a passionate foodie from a creative, visualbackground, and be a first-rate communicator and people person who really values high quality service.

Based in their Central London showroom, you will be responsible for understanding customers’ needs and businesses in order to build and develop quality relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely cares about quality and style, andwho understands the importance of building solid relationships.

**A typical day in Showroom Client Advisor will involve**:

- Managing showroom appointments, meeting clients including hoteliers, caterers, interior designers and chefs
- Provide first-class service at all times, developing an in-depth understanding of your client base and their needs
- Conduct product recommendations and sale presentations
- Maintain quality relationships with existing clients and partners
- Get to know the industry community in order to develop your own network of relationships
- Stay in the know on latest industry news and developments for potential commercial opportunities.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and launches through training when required
- Maintain and update customer project records and requirements
- Take part in marketing activities to push brand awareness
- Support the wider team with client and showroom responsibilities
