Job Summary:
RESPONSIBILITIES

Research a broad range of financial products across all financial sectors

Liaise with various providers, gathering and correlating plan / policy information and ensuring a smooth and timely business process

Managing and maintaining a precise record of pipeline and submitted business in order to be able to update clients and Adviser accordingly

Collate and evaluate client policy/investment/pension

Create and maintain client files and enter details onto back office database

Utilise Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes

Use Outlook for communication and scheduling purposes

Demonstrate proficiency in IT systems relevant to financial services

Uphold excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Display strong organisational skills to streamline processes efficiently

Perform administrative duties to support the finance department

Engage in report writing for financial documentation

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an office environment, preferably within financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes
- Familiarity with Outlook for communication and scheduling tasks
- Strong IT skills to navigate relevant systems effectively
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated customer service skills for effective stakeholder interaction
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently
- Administrative experience supporting financial planners
