**Role** - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

**Location** - Manchester

**Package** - £20K - £23K basic plus commission - Year 1 OTE - £45K

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team in Manchester within a well-established company, famous for working with the best software vendors on the planet. They aim to be the number one recruiter for IT Sales & IT Technical teams for fast-growthSoftware & Technology Companies. Our client operates within a highly lucrative market, average fees are £21- £25K. The current headcount is 50, talented recruiters across 3 offices, they have huge growth plans and are now looking for their next high performersto build out their new London team.

**The Role**:

- Initially a 180 role, with potential to progress into account management once sound knowledge of the market has been established.

**The Requirements**:

- 2:1 at Degree Level or 1 Years Sales Experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Financially motivated
- Great communication skills
- String work ethic
