**POSITION OVERVIEW**

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**
- Ensure all VDC customers are fully onboarded, and customers have a consistent service across the EMEA region
- Maintain files and records with accurate information and effective filing systems
- Plan, organize and implement Customer review meetings
- Collation of data, records, etc. to support TAM’s at Customer review meetings

**DUTIES**
- Receive and action requests from internal and external customers related to issues, questions, and requests
- Ensure all VDC sites are successfully mobilized to VDC standards and are consistent across the Region
- Support and implement requests for site inventory and place relevant orders (when required)
- Interface with internal departments to collect requirements and documentation in support or reporting responsibilities for VDC Customers
- Plan & organise customer review meetings, & other diary commitments for Senor Director & TAM’s
- Administrative support, ad hoc tasks, etc. for the various EMEA teams
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Any other duties as reasonably requested

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Exceptional Attention to detail & organisational skills
- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, etc.
- Data Center, high-tech, or rapid growth industry experience is strongly preferred, but not required
- Track record of Work being free of defect and meeting requirements
- Problem solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer requests
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
- Some limited travel (less than 5%) may be required
