- Manage a varied caseload of suspected fraudulent **motor claims**, from inception to resolution.
- Conduct thorough investigations, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and liaising with experts.
- Draft and review relevant court documents.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
- Represent clients in court and also instruct counsel, where appropriate.
- Supervision and mentoring of junior members of the team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, case law, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver integrated legal solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
What will help you succeed in this role?:
**Essential;**
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3+ years PQE.
- Strong knowledge of the **motor insurance industry**, including civil procedure and litigation processes.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
**Desirable;**
- Experience of having dealt with suspected fraudulent insurance claims.
- Experience in handling high-value or complex claims is an advantage.
