_Multi-skilled Tradesmen - Full Time _

StepsandCo’s Limited is growing, purchasing multiple plots of land in the West Sussex area for property development, new builds, home extensions and refurbishments.

**WHAT WE REQUIRE?**

Due to on-going expansion. We are seeking multi-skilled tradesmen with:

- Skills in; Carpentry, Joinery (Kitchen installation), Painting, Tiling, Decoration and general handyman work.
- Years of experience and or qualifications in general building trade
- Someone who takes pride in their work and provides an excellent finish
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have your own Tools.
- License is great, but not essential. Otherwise, you will be paired with a driver.
