**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a vital part of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires a blend of bartending skills, customer service expertise, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, ensuring high standards of presentation and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations when necessary.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring basic maths skills are applied for accurate billing.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices at all times.
- Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks while maintaining excellent service standards.

**Skills**
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous.
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers and colleagues alike.
