Derry Bros Shipping Ltd is a leading Ireland based shipping agent providing a specialised service for a wide range of valuable customers. Role Taking inbound and outbound calls. Talking to customers about their current needs and reserving space on ships based in UK, Ireland and beyond.

Criteria:

- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Able to multi-task
- Must be computer literate
- Able to work closely within a team environment

Desirable:

- Outbound tele sales experience
- Experience within the transport/haulage industry would desirable

Hours of Work:

- Various Shifts (8 hours)

**Salary**: 24k + on call and weekend allowance
