**Behaviour Teaching Assistant**
Qualiteach is looking for an experienced Behaviour Teaching Assistant who can start immediately on a full-time basis. They are looking for someone who is Team Teach trained and is familiar is working in an educational setting. For this role you will be requiredto support some students on a 1:1 basis, mentoring them and keeping an eye on their mental health and the rest of the time you will be classroom based supporting students during their lessons. All the students you will be supporting will have some form ofSocial, Emotional and Mental Health Needs and will find it hard to express themselves and how they are feeling, this will normally be display through their behaviour and it will need to be dealt with in a professional manor. The ideal Behaviour Teaching Assistantfor this role must be able to work as a team and have a fun but fair approach.
**SEMH School**
Based in the South East London borough of Greenwich, this SEMH School caters for boys aged between 11-16 years with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs. They currently have 80 students who attend and in their last Ofsted in May 2019, they were reviewedas 'Good' in all areas.
