Job summary:
The Manufacturing Parts & Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for the management of ALL items
received and dispatched to support ISO 9001; 2015 Quality Management System for all departments
in Zeeco Europe Ltd.

The primary responsibility of the Manufacturing Parts & Shipping Coordinator is to ensure that ALL
goods are checked and booked in on a daily basis, and to coordinate with ALL departments to ensure
goods being dispatched have the required documentation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspecting goods received and booking them in. Non-Ferrous items will need to be Positive Material

Identified (PMI) using the material certificate.
- To carry out Goods Inward inspection for all component parts entering the company, ensuring

compliance to design specification and contractual requirements.
- Report progress regularly on the assigned tasks highlighting when agreed delivery dates are not

going to be achieved.
- To identify and record any non-conformances to specification requirements. Liaise with

Purchasing department to resolve the issue.
- To produce and maintain accurate inspection records.
- Control defective items via segregation from good product.
- Picking kits from stock as part of Work In Progress (WIP).
- Liaise with Project Engineers regarding goods to be shipped.
- Unloading / loading items.
- Keep Goods Inwards and Stores areas clean and tidy.
- Keep staging area clearly marked with Job numbers.
- Review Shipping documentation including INCOTERMS, BOL, Packing lists etc.

Knowledge/Skills and Experience:

- Forklift Licence
- Excellent communicator - verbal and written
- Problem solving skills
- Negotiation skills
- MRP skills
- Experience of working in a Quality / Engineering environment
