**JOB TITLE**: EMEA MAC COORDINATOR
**REPORTS INTO**: EMEA MAC MANAGER
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The EMEA MAC Coordinator works as part of the facilities team.
The main responsibility will be to coordinate the logistics of people/desk moves with detailed planning and flawless execution, as well as supporting the larger facilities team in its day to day operation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with the Client and wider facilities team to manage and plan general desks moves, other queries and any last-minute requests (from individual to medium and large office moves)
Manage assets-addition/removal/ordering of furniture and special equipment Coordinate and track all occupancy changes(desk swap, office layout changes) Maintain precise records
Prepare for/attend MAC meetings and compile MAC statistics /reports
Regularly work with external contractors, e.g. cleaning, IT & engineers
**Resolve problems associated with MAC requests including**: permits, cleaning, parking, conference rooms, interior furnishings, fixtures and equipment
Ensure appropriate follow up with customers and update the space planning
processes
Work with the internal Task system to support facilities team in closing out tasks in accordance with Service Level Agreements/Key Performance Indicators
(SLA/KPI’s)
Support new processes and adhoc projects as requested
**WORKING LIFE**:
On a daily basis you will be working across three sites
The main business language spoken in our offices is English. Knowledge of English is essential
On occasion you may be required to work weekends or bank holidays, this will be arranged in advance and in accordance with the rota
The role will be structured on a shift basis over a 5-day week
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

You keep up to date with industry trends and have direct experience or an interest in facilities management and customer service

You are familiar with computer equipment and programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)
You are adaptable to work to requests and projects that may vary from day to day
