**Job title: Finance Business Partner
Contract length: 6 months
Daily rate: £500 - £550 Umbrella
Location: Home working & Birmingham (1-2 days) (Hybrid)**

Advantage Resourcing are working closely with a leading IT organisation looking to recruit an experienced Finance Business Partner. You will work as part of a group finance team and directly supporting the Outsourcing Senior Finance Business Partner andMD.

This role has responsibility for partnering with both the businesses and functional streams alongside delivering timely & accurate month end reporting, business intelligence and insightful actionable analytics are provided to our functional and market teams.Ensure that the information provided helps to shape the future of the business, driving commercial performance & delivery of the financial plan.

**The Role**:
Stakeholder engagement to senior manager level
Partner Divisional Operational, Sales, and Practice Directors to ensure revenue/cost forecasts are accurately maintained
Bolster and maintain controls in partnership with the operational and commercial governance director to ensure revenue and billings are delivered on time and in line with contract.
Be an effective business partner, while constantly seeking out opportunities to improve performance and management information.
Contribute as a member of the business unit management teams, responsible for day-to-day operational performance of the business and relaying financial performance & risk
Managing month end processes and identifying opportunities to streamline the process support the forecasting and planning for the division
Work with the business on Strategic plans and feeding into the centre
Collaborate with the central finance team to deliver best in class reporting, forecasting and insightful analysis and transformation change
**Ideal skill sets needed for this role**:

- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA)
- Previous Finance Business Partnering experience
- Previous experience working within a large corporate organisation or practise environment is desirable
- IT outsourcing, contracting or managed services environments
- Strong analytical skills; quantitative or financial techniques with keen approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
- Solid background in accounting, financial planning, budgeting and financial modelling
- Experience in contract accounting will be an advantage
- Working within Finance or alongside functional operations an advantage
- Strong people management skills
- Exposure to BI and Performance Management tools
- Experience of working within corporate environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with cross-functional, cross-cultural teams
- Consistent attention to detail and accuracy, delivering outputs of the highest standards
- Proactive, insightful and commercially astute
