HR Administrator

**6 month FTC - potential to go perm**
You will support the delivery of a professional and efficient HR service through high quality administration across a wide variety of HR functions in particular supporting our Productions teams.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Prepare new starter paperwork and carry out pre-employment checks including right to work, DBS and references
- Facilitate the leaver process
- Prepare and process any staff changes including correspondence and system updates
- Act as first point of contact for incoming HR queries, inc. monitoring and responding to HR inbox and resolving any queries from our production teams
- Maintain employee records and the HR system
- Process monthly payroll administration, as per data received
- Support the performance review process by providing updates on completion rates
- Support the administration of the annual salary review process
- Working closely with HR Manager and Production Management team to support peak recruitment requirements in line with business needs

**Qualifications/Experience**:
**Essential**
- Experience of a wide range of administrative duties
- Strong levels or accuracy and attention to detail
- Good IT skills with experience of using MS Word, Excel etc
- General understanding of Data Protection
- Ability to act in a confidential manner at all times
- Ability to relate effectively with people at all levels
- Ability to work as a team and with flexibility to meet business deadlines
**Desirable**
- CIPD Level 3
- Experience in data processing preferably in payroll/HR systems
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
