About the Role:
We are looking for hardworking and skilled Construction Workers to join our Employer team in London. You will be responsible for various construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and assisting skilled tradespeople on both residential and commercial projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare construction sites by cleaning, loading, and unloading materials
- Assist with general labor and specific construction tasks as directed
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in construction or general labor roles is preferred
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
- Knowledge of basic construction tools and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Eligibility to work in the UK
