**Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS)** specialise in providing building materials and supply chain solutions for our customers in the Public Sector such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities.

We're on the hunt for a **Trade Counter Sales Advisor** to join the team in our current branch in **Penicuik**, which will then be relocating to **Stenhouse, Edinburgh** at the end of June time to a bigger and better site

- _**Working Hours**:_ _8am-5pm Monday to Friday (permanent, full time position)_
- _**Location**:_JPS, Unit 3, Eastfield Industrial Estate, Penicuik, Midlothian, EH26 8HA_
- _**Branch relocating to Stenhouse, Edinburgh EH11 3XX at end of June**_
- _Please note - a full, manual driving license would be preferred for this role_
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- This is a busy and varied role working with a great team. You'll cover customer service trade counter duties, processing orders and arranging deliveries. You'll interact with customers and suppliers on a daily basis and ensure that the best service is always demonstrated to them. _
- Get to know our product lines so you can offer advice and help to customers, making the most of all customer interactions
- Process customer orders at the trade counter and sales office, arrange deliveries and update customers on their orders
- Help to prepare customer orders in our warehouse in a timely manner
- Load and unload customer and supplier vehicles when required
- Check incoming deliveries and report missing or damaged products and carry out regular stock counts
- Occasionally act as a relief delivery driver - safely unload at customer specified sites using our 3.5t van
- Keep the branch looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers

- **Required Skills and Experience**_
- Previous industry experience preferred but not essential
- Experience in a busy customer service environment
- Stellar communication and people skills
- IT literate
- A driving licence would be preferred for this role
