Field Support Supervisor

Join **Ecolab’s** sales team as a **Field Support Supervisor** in the **Nalco Water Light industrial **market. Within our industry leading Institutional division, this remote supervisory of remote technicians and third party operatives, plays a key role in supporting the district ,by delegating assignments and overseeing the workflow of the office. You will plan the work of the third party operatives problem solving and offering expertise on daily operations to optimize our field team’s ability to deliver best in class solutions for our customers.

**What You Will Do**:

- Recruit, train and develop remote Field Technicians & planning, line management, forecasting, liaising and auditing third party visits
- Prepare quotations
- Establishes standard office procedures in conjunction with field management
- Attends and coordinates all area sales meetings
- Assists in the onboarding of new field management team members

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Supervisory experience
- Planning experience
- Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree calibre
- 1 year of experience in a sales organization
- Customer service experience where you have directly interfaced with customers
