**Have you recently qualified with a Surveying degree or just starting your Building Surveying career?**

If so, Moxie People is supporting a well-regarded Housing Association based in Swansea as they look to recruit a customer-focused Stock Condition Surveyor to join their established maintenance team.

Working closely with the property services team, the Stock Condition Surveyor will carry out stock condition surveys across the Associations housing stock, accurately recording data and ensuring all necessary works are recorded and reported effectively.

**You will also be responsible for**:

- Carrying out a range of property-related inspections including Fitness for Human Habitation, Pre inspections and Post inspections of works.
- Ensuring compliance with contractual conditions and Health & Safety procedures
- Monitoring and maintaining the administrative system
