**Job Title**: Cleaning Operative (16 Hours)

**Location**: Richmond Centre - Derry/Londonderry

**Reports to**: Supervisor

**Hours of Work**: - 16 hours per week from Monday to Sunday on a weekly rota, hours will include early mornings starting at 6:00am until 08:30am with some evening shifts 18:00 - 21:00 and weekend availability - there is potential for additional hours from holiday and sickness cover.

**Main Job Duties**:

- Ensure standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained to a high standard
- Maintaining washrooms and offices
- Dealing with spillages
- Adhering to company health and safety regulations
- Reporting hazards to centre management
- Use of company equipment including scrubber dryer
- Sweeping/Mopping/Vacuuming/Polishing

**Essential Criteria**:

- Ability to communicate at all levels and work on their own initiative
- Flexible approach to work and training
- Experience in a similar role
