**An excellent opportunity has arisen to join Kingdom Cleaning as a Part Time Cleaner, working at a College in Newtown, SY16 area.**

The School Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for students, staff, and visitors.

The role involves daily cleaning of classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and other facilities to ensure that the school remains a welcoming and hygienic space.

**Hours: On average 15 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. Monday to Friday 15:30pm - 18:30pm.**

**Pay rate: £11.44 per hour. (Equates to £10.23 per hour, only working 41 weeks a year).**

**Responsibilities**:
Below is not an exhaustive list and any other reasonable and fair role relevant tasks may be added:

- The Cleaner will be responsible for the cleaning of all areas within the contract.
- Achieving high standards, you will ensure the service is operated safely and hygienically.
- Clean classrooms, staff rooms, offices, hallways, and communal areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Clean desks, chairs, and other furniture.
- Wash and disinfect sinks, toilets, and other restroom facilities.
- Refill soap dispensers, toilet paper, and paper towels as needed.
- Clean windows, doors, and walls as required.
- Respond to emergency cleaning tasks when needed, such as spills or accidents.
- Support the wider school team in maintaining the cleanliness of the outdoor areas, such as playgrounds or school grounds, if required.
