Adtrak are a results-driven design, marketing and brand agency based in Nottingham. Serving the whole of the UK, they’re a team of ambitious marketers and strategic creatives. They are looking to expand even further with a motivated individual who is looking to progress through a level 3 apprenticeship.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Digital Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Learn and support with the fundamentals of Digital Marketing; including website optimisation and conversion optimisation, data analysis and reporting, domain authority building, article/content marketing, managing PPC campaigns, monitoring budgets, keyword research and advert creation.
- Work with various Digital Marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google My Business, rank tracking, Google Ads, Optmyzr, as well as other research and optimisation tools.
- Follow Adtrak’s work processes for new and on-going work

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

- Working Monday-Friday
- Working 9am-5pm for the first 3 months, then transfer to flexible working hours
- Must work full-time in the office for the first 3 months, then you would have the option for a hybrid working plan if desired

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:

- 4 GCSE’s grade 4/C and above including English and Maths is required for this role
- Google digital garage certification
- Knowledge of Pay Per Click
- Knowledge of WordPress CMS
- Knowledge of SEO website optimization
