We are a leading Northern Ireland Building Services company with an excellent reputation stretching back to 1926. We have an opportunity for an Electrical Foreman/woman to join a strong & stable company that has ambitious growth plans.

**As Electrical Foreman/woman your new job will include the following**:
The successful Electrical Foreman/woman will report directly to the Electrical Contracts Manager and Directors and will have the responsibility for the following:

- Responsibility for the control of projects from initiation to completion. This will include overseeing activities such electrical design development, manufacturing, procurement, budgeting and installation.
- Co-ordinate activities of project teams including anysub-contractors.
- Co-ordinate communication with the client as their primary liaison.
- Ensure adequate manpower, tooling and resources are allocated to each specific contract to meet requirements to successfully deliver the contact on time/budget.
- Minimum of 3-year experience in a related role
- Experience in M&E Contracting is desired.
- Excellent organisation, planning and communication skills and good self-awareness
