**Job Title**: Customer Solutions Complaints Handler

**Location**: Remote - UK Only

**Salary**: £20,900

**Contract**: Full time - Fixed Term Contract for 12 Months

**Hours**: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Our Customer Solution Administrators are an integral part of the AA’s evolution utilising data and innovation to ensure we provide a first-class level of service to our customers.

**What will I be doing?**:

- Creating complaints direct from customers, our partners, or internal areas of the business, accurately recording all complaints in line with the FCA disp rules
- Liaising with all internal and external departments to ensure that all complaints are captured accurately and timely
- Managing your own workload, demonstrating an awareness of and adherence to regulatory timescales
- Triaging complaints recorded from other areas of the business with a keen eye for detail ensuring all information is correct
- Arranging DSAR and GDPR request supporting with the delivery of these to the customer

**What do I need?**
- Experience dealing with administration work within a complaint’s environment is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of working within a regulatory environment
- Strong Microsoft Skills
- The ability to work proactively and autonomously
