**Job Title**: Purchaser Ledger clerk
**Department/Section**: Purchasing/Accounts
**Reports To**: Operations Manager & Managing Director
**Main Purpose Of Job**:
To provide a professional and timely accounting service in respect to all payments of invoices and expenses through the Purchase Ledger using Sage 50.
**Key Responsibilities/Result Areas**
- Update and Maintain the Purchase Ledger through Sage.
- Code, check and post invoices to Sage
- Check and reconcile supplier statements.
- File invoices and statements
**General**
- Maintain high levels of communication and service.
- Other duties as necessary to meet company objectives.
- Experience using Sage line 50
- Excellent IT skills with good attention to detail
- AAT Level 2

- pro rata to the hours worked.

**Salary**: £10.50-£13.00 per hour

**Experience**:
- Managing a purchase ledger through Sage 50: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- AAT level 2 (preferred)
