**Summary**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing & Vendor Executive with a strong product marketing focus. You will be responsible for executing marketing activities, including; sales collateral, sales marketing initiatives, digital media, website development, events, sponsorships and PR. This includes introducing new products and services to the market, as well as generating awareness of existing platforms and services.

**Marketing Responsibilities**:
1. Delivering marketing campaigns on behalf of our partners on a quarterly basis, working to deadlines

2. Responsible for the content of both website and social channels

3. Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to create marketing material

4. To develop and generate leads following Marketing Campaigns

5. Build an online awareness of the European Electronique brand

6. Marketing Analytics to measure the success of campaigns and the marketing in general

7. Event Management of our participation at leading industry conferences and events

8. Lead in the delivery of all Vendor related marketing exercises

**Vendor Responsibilities**:

- Obtain all relevant vendor information e.g. contacts, roadmaps, price lists, new products etc, and communicate across the sales team, and ensure the company information centre is kept updated accordingly.

2. Work closely with the vendor to maximise the full opportunities available through revenue targets and vendor rebates, communicating this information to Senior Management.

3. Ensure all vendor promotions are communicated to the sales team, and are maximised, and that the claim process is completed.
- Maintain and manage all strategic vendor accreditations - communicate to sales and technical departments the requirements that are needed, and the timescales required; document the accreditations detail, the personnel and renewal dates accordingly, communicating this to Senior Management.
- Liaise and agree with the vendor on company Incentives to maximise the sales opportunity available, this should be communicated to the sales teams after approval from Senior Management.
- When necessary, arrange for sales call-out reports to be produced and sent to the vendor accordingly.
- Work with the vendor and look for opportunities for marketing, arrange for the required meetings to take place, and any claims processed.
- Arrange to meet on regular bases with all strategic vendors and other potential key vendors as required. Obtain information and report any key information to Senior Management.
- Attend and represent the company on strategic vendor partner seminars, reporting the day’s key messages and make available as necessary.
- Identify any company training requirements, work with sales managers, and arrange dates and times with the vendor as required.
- Manage the vendor desk diary and communicate who is attending to Sales Team and Sales Management.
- Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions as necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant information to management.

**Key Experience**

Essential Skills
- 2+ years of experience in marketing and/or Marketing/Communications Qualification
- Solid working knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with mínimal supervision
- Excellent writer with superior grammar, spelling and proofreading skills you will be able to convert our product and technical capabilities into clear, concise and compelling press releases, case studies and articles
- Flexible and committed, you are comfortable using Word, Excel, SharePoint with additional desktop publishing packages an advantage
- An effective communicator who can work with cross-functional teams, manage complex projects and produce under tight timelines
- Bright, charismatic and inspirational with the ability to win credibility internally you must have the ability to work in a team
- A PowerPoint master
- Experience managing social media and writing including: blogs, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram
