If you’re looking for a job that can be flexible to suit your needs outside of work, then a role as a **Posting & Cleaning Operative** (PCO) can provide just that.

You’ll be part of a multi-skilled team who are dedicated to ensuring our clients adverts are posted to a high standard and council bus shelters clean for our local communities to use all year round. You’ll be responsible for your dedicated posting and cleaning round in the area of **Glasgow** and can **manage your weekly 40 hours in a flexible way that works for you** (following a simple repeated rhythm of 1 week posting and 1 week cleaning).

It is a physically demanding job and does require you to **work outdoors** in all weathers so you’ll be in your comfort zone **working alone** on the round, **just you and your van**. You just need to pop into our Cumbernauld branch every 2 weeks to restock and to hear our latest company updates.

You’ll be provided with a **Fully Expensed Company Vehicle** for business use including commuting to and from the depot and to get around our different settings including busy shopping highs streets, residential areas, and rural areas. **Dedicated training and support** will be available to help get you started.

**Requirements**:

- Driving Licence with no more than 3 points
- This is a full-time role working outdoors and some experience in working outside in all weather conditions is useful but not essential
- Driving experience using medium sized vans
- Remote / lone working experience - unsupervised
- The ability to manage your time and plan your own workload
- Industrial cleaning experience would be an advantage
