**Job Title**:Labourer**

**Location**:Onsite covering the East Midlands - Newark & Nottingham

As a **Labourer** for Novus Property Solutions, you’ll work with a great team, who support each other and work together to deliver a great service for our customers. **An outline of your responsibilities and experience***
- Manage the stock levels of the stores are kept to a level as agreed with the Contracts Manager.
- Ensure materials received are of a high standard in terms of quality.
- Liaise with Site Manager to ensure stock is maintained
- Manage Systems so they are up to date and accurate
- Assist with the procurement, off hires and costing of all internal and external Plant and skips.
- To ensure all plant issued to Trade operatives if fit for use, safe to use and ensure the Trade operative in receipt of the equipment is trained to use it.
- Deliver materials and plant to operatives on site.
- Ensure all office and carpark space is kept clean and in order.
- Follow and enforce company health and safety procedures

**About You**

The successful Labourer will possess a background in manual labour and used to working in loft spaces, although further training, including in Health and Safety will be given. What is equally as important is the ability to take responsibility to ensure tasks are completed and the willingness to work in and as a team to deliver a great service.
