Our client is a well-established Top 100 full service law firm. They are currently recruiting a Paralegal in Southampton to join their Mental Capacity Department.
As a Paralegal within the Mental Capacity team, you will play a key role in their continued success; to achieve this you will deliver the following:

- Carry out research into case law and legislation to support the activities of our fee earners
- Attend and take notes of client meetings
- Managing routine enquiries from clients, families and support teams while ensuring an excellent service
- Supporting senior fee earners in the daily management of clients matters

You will benefit from working within a friendly team that prides itself on being meticulous and hard-working.
