Office Administrator/receptionist

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Utilise Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using online softwares to maintain financial records.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
- Support team members with administrative tasks to enhance productivity.
- Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.

- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients alike.
**Job Type**: Part-time
