The owners and managers at Cavalry all come from a care service background so we recognise what makes a great support worker - passion, empathy, understanding and the desire to make a real difference - you’ll need to show us you have all of these to be successful in joining our team.

We provide complex care services and are looking for support workers with at least six months experience.

The CQC describes us as ‘exceptionally caring’ and that’s what we’re looking for - exceptional people, who are passionate about providing exceptional care. You’ll play a pivotal role in an individual’s care team, supporting them in their own home, and giving them the opportunity to live their life to the fullest.

We’re looking for exceptional people who have:

- At least six months of experience as a support worker.
- Complex care experience would be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills - because great care starts with great communication.
- A caring, patient, and compassionate nature - and you should be able to easily describe why being a carer is important to you.

Pay: £12.50-£14.57 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 42 per week
