Night Supervisor

We have a superb opportunity for a Nights Supervisor to join our Nights Team at our Bradford property, based at the top of the M606. As Nights Supervisor, you'll be supporting the Night Manager in ensuring the hotel operation runs smoothly and efficiently overnight, ensuring visibility in the reception and lounge areas and ensuring responsibility for the overall security of the hotel during shift, including security walks of the property. You will have previous experience in a similar environment, with a positive "can do" attitude and a strong work ethic, as you will be working closely with all operational departments within the hotel to ensure a seamless experience for all our guests. You will have a sound knowledge of Health & Safety including Fire Safety. This position would suit someone with previous hotel night experience, who is self-motivated, organised and has a passion for service excellence. You'll act on tasks that have been passed on from the day shift teams, reviewing & rectify any issues which may arise. With a room service available until late, you'll liaise with our Guest Service Team regarding handover of the bar and make sure guests are still receiving an excellent service.
