Recognised by the Legal 500 for its outstanding defendant Clinical Negligence Department, this is an excellent and quite rare opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a well-regarded Defendant Clinical Negligence team in the Hampshire office.A chance to progress your career and work towards Senior Associate level and beyond.
My client offers working 100% remotely from home with suitable technology all provided.You will need to attend the Hampshire based office once or twice a month only.
You'll be acting on behalf of the NHSLA, Medical Defence Union, NHS trusts, as well as private Hospitals and you will be responsible for handling a varied and diverse caseload of Defendant Clinical Negligence files, from initial interview right through to completionof the matter, alongside assisting the senior team on cases of real complexity.
You will be a qualified Solicitor (5+ years’ PQE).
Although this is a Defendant Clinical Negligence Associate role, Defence experience is desirable however, if you are from a Claimant background you will be given equal consideration and are actively encouraged to apply.
