**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take accurate orders and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
- Upsell additional menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, responding promptly to any requests or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area throughout service.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately, demonstrating basic math skills.

**Requirements**:

- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest services.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Experience in upselling menu items is beneficial but not essential.
